You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Item was just as advertised. Very cute. No assembly required. This was a gift bought way ahead of time and it will probably be another 6 to 9 months before they will be able to use it, but it looks like it will be just fine.Looks to be comfortable to sit on with adequate padding and looks to be of good quality. Reasonably priced.

Mid to lower end quality. There were gray spots on the pink fabric that looked like dye. Very lightweight and easily knocked over. The security straps are very cheap quality and lightweight as well and don’t get tight enough..only one gets shorter so the buckle goes to one side. Recommend being very close by and supervising children using the rocking elephant.

I love this lil elephant for a baby girls room.My only complaint is the sound it makes when you press the ear. It sounds like someone is being trampled and dying! Lol it’s horrific and would scare any child !!!

Can’t get any cuter little elephant! I purchased for my 1 year old niece. After only a couple of times she understands the motion. The fact that this has a “button” for sound is a bonus. She still looks amazed when she hears itIt came right out of the box and was good to go. Great value/price. Definitely a winner

Cannot wait to give this to our granddaughter for her 1st birthday! The perfect size for her and she is gonna love it! Came fully assembled in a big box that is large enough not to distort the shape so you can just wrap it up and be ready to give, take out, and immediately ride! This elephant is a great value since most of the other plush rockers are much smaller and most are more expensive. Very pleased with this purchase. Also, received only 2 days after we ordered it!! Wonderful!!!!
