xReturns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Takes a while to put together, but with patience it’s quite sturdy and a great quality for the price! The instructions are detailed and easy to follow. Fit and finish are top notch, and the color shown in images is accurate to the delivered product.

Very cute! It is easy enough to build that my 15 year old did it all on her own. Comes together pretty well made. Since the screw holes remain exposed, I think it should be cheaper in price because it isn't visually appealing to see several silver screw heads.

Sturdy, looks good and easy to build. Storage space is nice, fits my kids’s VHS collection. Value is great for the size and material, I will be purchasing another for my loft area.. stable on carpet doesn’t wobble at all.

Looks great in my daughter’s room. The perfect fit. Single mama and put it together myself. It was a bit of a pain because the way the sides meet, the wrench won’t turn a full circle so you have to half crank, remove, then do it again.

The color is beautiful and looks very sturdy. I do wish it was a little taller, but it still fits nicely in the corner.My 11-year-old son assembled the shelf and said it was easy to put together. The only unusual part is that you have to assemble it upside down and then flip it over, but other than that everything was great. Good value for the price.

The bookcase arrived 7 days early and was delivered with care by the carrier. The parts for the bookcase are well made and very sturdy. Assembly was easy and it only took me a few hours. The directions were clear and easy to understand. The kit came with a screw driver and Allen wrench. I'm extremely happy with this purchase.

I carefully inventoried all pieces and found I had an extra shelf number two and I was one short of shelf number three. They are the same shape but specific hole placement means they are not interchangeable. Thankfully I took photos as I unboxed so I easily reboxed for exchange. I received my replacement shelf in 2 days. Everything was correct in the replacement. I built it alone but a second person would speed up the tedious process. I had very specific size needs and this shelf fulfilled them. It's sturdy and I had no trouble anchoring it to the wall. It does come with a screwdriver. However, the screwdriver I received was too long to fasten the locking nuts of the base and I had to use my own stubby screwdriver for that part. When assembled correctly, none of the locking nuts are visible unless you get up close and look inside. Doesn't bother me though. Overall I'm pleased with the item.

My absolute favorite piece of furniture! I built this by myself and pregnant, that’s how easy it was! The quality is amazing, the look of it is so cute! It fit perfectly in this little corner. And the value for your money is incredible.

Did not expect to like this bookshelf as much as I did. Definitely needs some bookends to make sure everything stays at the edges, but I love the way it came out.PS. Easy to assemble and it doesn't have a terrible "manufactured wood" smell that a lot of similar furniture has. Definitely recommend. 4* only because it initially arrived without the hardware and we had to contact the company to send it - they did, free of charge, but it took almost 2 weeks. But they were great and responsive.

It is the color I wanted and it is very sturdy. Only issue was the little stickers to cover holes where screws were located. As you can see they were too light in color. It was easy to put together an quick.

It’s a sturdy shelf…I like the look! It was a little confusing getting started with the assembly since you basically build it upside down starting from the bottom. However, one you get going, it’s pretty easy. Can’t wait to get all my books set up on it!

I absolutely adore this bookshelf! It perfectly fits into the corner of my room, it provides a lot space for my belongings. Notably, it accommodates my printer, which was very important to me. Despite being filled, it still has ample room for books and binders as I am continuously adding to it. The construction process was straightforward and repetitive. Bought this bookshelf to make use of an open corner in my son's small bedroom. This is a great use of space. The bookshelf is solid. My husband assembled it himself and made sure to attach it to the wall so it won't tip over. Only alternating sides on each level have an end piece, so you can only stand books up along one side. But the other side I use for toys or I stack the books horizontally.

We got this shelf as a gift and we are really loving it. It fits perfectly in spot we needed it. However the covers we got to hide the screws do not match at all. I feel like the just threw in the covers without even looking at the color we purchased.

Took a little while to put together with 2 people, instructions could’ve been more clear . We had to redo a couple of pieces that we put together backwards because the picture wasn’t as straight forward as it could have been. It’s a very nice shelf otherwise
