xReturns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
Shipping
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

Better than expected! It's big, sturdy and comfortable! No real installation required, and the fabric is great. The color is just as advertised. I'm using it on my spare room which is perfect.

Easy shipper and no assembly. It's in grandchildren’s room. Love the fact there’s no wood or hardware to cause bumps and scratches. Deep pocket mattress protector and full size sheets for perfect on the 75” bed. Perfect, too, for a smaller room- so there’s more play area for them when its a couch. The pillows I purchased on Amazon, too.

Excellent quality for the price and brings both fun and function! I needed an inexpensive futon/convertible couch for my apartment. This couch fills out to full size quickly and is a great option for someone who wants style and function without breaking the bank. Additionally, if you sleep on it, it is very firm. It is true to the listing, highly recommend!

Absolutely love it. It’s a great couch and a great bed. It allows me to feel spaciousness in a relatively small bedroom. I have space to practice my yoga when it’s in couch mode. (Make it your own with pillows you love. The pillows included are square, flat, and awkward.) There’s no “under the bed” grunge accumulation. Super comfy, firm, and easy to “convert” and I’m 72!

The cushion has good support and is not tired from sitting for long periods of time. After opening the bed, the thickness of the mattress is also sufficient, unlike some products that only have a thin layer

The couch is very convenient. When we have friends over, folding it into a sleeper is a breeze, way easier than our old futon means everyone’s comfy lay whether we’re watching TV or chatting. If you order the black it's more like a dark blue black. Haven't slept on it yet but fairly sturdy when sat on. Nice packaging and no assembly required. Picture of product looks better than actual item. Still okay looking.
