xReturns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

If you’re hesitant like I was—let me save you the back-and-forth. Just buy the bed.Delivery & Packaging:Delivery was right on time. The package was heavy, and I had to get pretty creative to drag it upstairs. Definitely a two-person job.Assembly:I was too excited to wait for my husband, so I started assembly on my own. Five hours later, I had to admit defeat and ask for help . The instructions were clear and easy to follow, but realistically you’ll want two people, especially for the bookshelf section. Trying to build that solo was like pulling off a miracle.The Final Look:The bed is absolutely BEAUTIFUL. My daughter loves it, and honestly, I love it even more. Once it was built, the design made her room look cozy, playful, and unique.Other Notes:• Took me over a month to decide because there weren’t many detailed reviews, and I wasn’t thrilled about the delivery fee. But now? Worth it.• No chemical smells or packaging issues at all.• I added books and cute night lamps (thanks, Temu) to complete the look.✅ Pros: Gorgeous design, kid-approved, quality build, clear instructions.❌ Cons: Heavy package, time-consuming to assemble solo.Would I buy this again? A thousand times yes. I’m proud I chose this bed over the basic models, and it’s now the centerpiece of my daughter’s room.

Looks very nice. It was okay to put together. The light cord is long but the box sticks out very far from the wall. Worried for small child. Does not come with boards to keep mattress off the floor. Had to buy some separately. Mattress is maybe 2 inches from touching ground with boards

Ok. I put this together without a drill and it took me nearly 3hrs. Yes I did it by myself. It wasn’t hard, but I sure do wish I had a drill. (Get a drill lol!) My daughter loves it but it is difficult to put on sheets because of all the wood lol. Overall, easy to put together, we love it. In the future I’ll be using it as a little play house for my daughter and getting her a bed frame with less wood lol.
